Project Description
Briggs & Stratton Corporation is North America’s number one manufacturer of portable generators and pressure washers and is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of standby generators. Briggs & Stratton asked Info-graphics to develop an interactive troubleshooting app that would house installation instructions, helpful videos, dealer support tools, and most importantly, incorporate linear logic to walk service technicians through resolving issues. Enhanced usability and accessibility greatly improves the dealer sales and service experience in terms of quality, speed, and cost.
IG’s team of technical information designers and software developers designed the application with an intuitive user interface and created animations, technical illustrations, and other content for the project.
