So–over the years many of you have seen me pulling into your office parking lot or heading down the road in our green 2004 Toyota Tundra (AKA the green office) with the Info-graphics logo on the side window. More recently, John and now Tim have used our truck to travel throughout the eastern US to meet with customers or attend conferences and tradeshows… And let me just get this out of the way: YES – we do fly when we need to… it’s just that driving offers us flexibility and saves us money. All of which helps us keep our expenses low and offer our services and expertise as affordably as we can. As a result, we drive a LOT more often that we fly… So– it seems particularly fitting that on a recent trip to what we’ve come to refer to as WISCAGO (the southeastern Wisconsin/northern Chicagoland area) where we have a number of clients–we logged our 300,000th mile on the IG company vehicle. Over the years, we’ve done a lot of running up and down the road and seen a great deal of this beautiful country–and more than our share of crazy weather and crazy drivers (see the winter photos taken in northern Indiana on our FB page). All of this travel has been in pursuit of delivering great user–friendly content and providing our customers with great service – and it has been our privilege…I have every intention of getting at least 500,000 miles out of that green truck… so keep your eyes peeled and don’t be surprised to see me (or John or Tim) pulling into your parking lot in the green office… we don’t intend to stop any time soon!
As always – your feedback is welcome and invited!
