Today, OXO offers over 850 products covering many areas of the home and office. The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) conducts research on energy generation and consumption to help address challenges including reliability, efficiency, affordability, health, safety and the environment. Info-graphics began working with EPRI several years ago to develop graphics to communicate many of the important technologies and concepts being addressed by EPRI’s programs. Info-graphics has developed and produced a visual reference library that lends consistency to their communication efforts and improves understanding of their programs. In addition to graphics used in training and reporting, Info-graphics develops animated videos to explain deliverables and outcomes and how they affect users and improve performance for program partners as far away as France and Australia.

Info-graphics is proud to be Lowe’s exclusive third-party partner for developing assembly and usage instructions for its private-branded products. Our work with Lowe’s began by working with their private brand team to create a standardized documentation platform that could be used by an exceptionally broad range of suppliers in many diverse product categories. Through the program we’ve worked with Lowe’s suppliers to create clear, consistent and easy-to-use instructions for everything from holiday lights to power tools to sump pumps – and we continue to partner with Lowes’ suppliers to deliver high-quality instructional content to products sold in stores nationwide.

As a global leader in outdoor power equipment, Husqvarna continually brings innovative new products to market. For a new product aimed at first-time lawn tractor users, Husqvarna turned to Info-graphics to develop an exceptionally user-friendly quick-start guide to get consumers up and running easily (and to make starting and operating the tractor for the first time less intimidating). The new guide Info-graphics created was so well received that Husqvarna made the quick-reference guide part of its standard documentation package for all of its lawn tractors, and Husqvarna is currently refining the guide for other product lines the company makes.
